How does a trial session work and what does it cost?

A trial session lasts 60 minutes and currently costs only 55 euros (limited-time offer, regularly 80 euros). It begins with a brief consultation (10 min.), followed by an introduction to basic movements (15 min.). The main training (30 min.) takes place on the Pulley Tower and is individually tailored to you. At the end, there is a cool-down with feedback (5 min.). Please bring comfortable sportswear.

Where does the training take place and how can I book?

Training takes place at Movarte Studio in Munich-Sendling (Baumgartnerstraße 15, in the back courtyard on the right). You can easily reach us by S-Bahn (Mittersendling, 5 min.) or buses 134/144.
